Can I Cancel/Return My Order?
No. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and items are not returnable. Please contact us for proofs before ordering if you are unsure about the design or color.
Can I Change My Order?
Maybe. Please contact us via email or phone for further details. Restocking fees of up to 60% of the order total may apply. Reach us at FiddlerCreekHelp@gmail.com or 404-583-0801.
I Input the Wrong Shipping Address or My Order Was Returned to Sender.
Please email or call us ASAP. If your order is shipped to the incorrect address, we do not offer refunds or replacements. If your order is returned due to an insufficient address, we can reship the package at the buyer’s expense. We cannot refund orders sent to the incorrect address or returned due to a buyer’s mistake. The buyer has 90 days from the return date to claim the package.
My Decal Arrived Damaged.

I Messed Up My Decal During Installation.
Contact us with pictures; we may be able to provide a discount on a replacement.
How Can I Track My Order?
Orders typically take a few days to 2 weeks to ship. Once shipped, most orders will receive a tracking number via email.
Why Is My Order Taking So Long?
We offer millions of decal combinations and custom one-off decals. As a result, we print each order as received and do not keep stock.
Can I Create a Custom Order?
Yes! We can create nearly anything. Email us at BadBassCustoms@gmail.com.
What Are the Different Shipping Options?
- Economy: Envelope or box. DOES NOT include tracking; neither Fiddler Creek nor the buyer can track these packages.
- First Class with Tracking: Envelope or box with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email (may take up to two weeks after the order date).
- First Class with Tracking and Delivery Insurance: Same as First Class, but if your order is not delivered and tracking indicates it’s stuck for more than a week, we will send a replacement. Note: This does not cover replacements for orders marked as delivered.
