– Returns are unfortunately not accepted due to the custom nature of the decals

-Application of the decals is the buyers responsibility, we are not liable for inadequate applications

-If the decal arrives damaged please send us pictures before separating the transfer tape from the backing paper, we will take care of you if the product was damaged when it arrived.

-Buyers who inadequately apply their decals can contact us with attached images at orders@badbassdesigns.com to receive a coupon code for 15% a re order of the same decal.

-The buyer is responsible to provide the correct shipping address, if a package is sent to the incorrect address the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs and delays.

-Orders that wish to be modified may be if we are notified within 12 hours of placing the order

-ORDERS TYPICALLY TAKE 2 WEEKS TO SHIP BUT MAY TAKE LONGER (we have thousands of variations in our decals and print each decal to order so please allow us time to make your decal unique)IF YOUR DECAL TAKES MORE THAN 2 WEEKS FOR US TO SHIP YOU WILL RECEIVE A COUPON AND OR ADDITIONAL DECALS ON US
