Can I Cancel/Return My Order? – No Due to the custom nature of our products they are not returnable. Please contact us for proofs before ordering if you are not sure you will like the design and or color. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
My Decal Arrived Damaged – Please take pictures before separating the transfer tape and contact us via FiddlerCreekHelp@gmail.com or 404-583-0801
I Messed up my Decal Installing it- Contact us with pictures we may can provide a discount on a replacement.
How can I Track my order? – Orders typically take a few days but to 2 weeks to ship, once shipped MOST of our orders will receive a tracking number via Paypal through the supplied email address. Orders that contain only decals <12″ may not receive tracking if upgraded shipping is not selected
Why Is My Order Taking So Long? – We offer millions of combinations of decals as well as custom one off decals. Because of this we print each order as we receive it, we do not keep any decals in stock

What Are The Different Shipping Options? – See Below
Economy – Envelope or box, DOES NOT COME WITH TRACKING, NEITHER FIDDLER CREEK OR THE BUYER WILL HAVE A WAY TO TRACK THESE PACKAGES
FIRST CLASS WITH TRACKING – First Class with tracking in an envelope or box whichever we believe fits your order the best. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships, (THIS MAY BE UP TO TWO WEEKS AFTER ORDER DATE)
FIRST CLASS WITH TRACKING AND DELIVERY INSURANCE – Same as first class however if your order is indicated not to be delivered via USPS tracking module IE stays in one location not its destination for more than 1 week, we will get another package to you no questions asked. IF YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED AND INDICATED AS SUCH VIA USPS TRACKING APP, THIS DOES NOT COVER REPLACEMENT OR REFUNDS.
My Order Was Returned To Sender?
If your order is returned to us please reach out to us as soon as possible via the contact points at the bottom of this page to insure we get your order to you. We will utilize the phone number provided on your order to attempt to contact you and verify shipping details. If no communication is made after 90 days, badbassdesigns.com reserves the right to cancel the order with no refund to the buyer.
